Tonight started, in earnest, my training for the Ukrops 10K. It ties in nicely with the start of C-Fit, the county's attempt to get its employees off their dupas and moving. A group of us, "The Fit-egrators", are going to do our best to get anywhere from 3-5 days of exercise a week for the next few months. Since this is 10K training season, I'm twice as inspired. Whether my dupa is or not is a totally different story.
I must say, my first real run (4 miles) wasn't too shabby, although I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.
