Tonight, I had the honor of assisting a training for this portal. The participants had to sign a form acknowledging the Acceptable Use Policy. The question? Which form! (They were given a few versions.) The participants were supposed to have their portal page up for the training. The problem? The elementary pages wouldn't come up. Luckily, the one elementary teacher in the training was a great sport and followed along beautifully...on a sample site. These are just a few of the "snafus" in the name of emerging technology.
I really hope the ease of this technology will emerge before people will start pulling the plug on it!
