I'll take it!!
I can't believe 2 1/2 weeks have gone by so quickly. I'm trying to get as much out of the remaining 1 1/2 weeks as I can.
Visiting with local friends has really helped me retain my vacation mentality. Sitting around, sweet tea in hand, chatting about everything, really takes me away. Today I had two such wonderful encounters. While one was bittersweet (a dear friend is leaving the county to pursue other interests), and the other too short, they were still refreshing!
And, in a house full of testosterone, the estrogen boost helped as well!
