182 / 365: Food For Thought....


I am currently reading "The 10 Things You Need to Eat". To break the suspense, here they are:
Tomato
Avocado
Beets
Spinach
Quinoa
Lentils
Berries
Cabbage
Nuts
"Super" Fish

Obviously I have no problem eating (hence my forever journey with Weight Watchers). It's what I eat that needs to change. I enjoy a majority of these foods, however I still can't get over my hurdle with beets. I also have this aversion to avocado, but after reading some of the recipes in here, I could be a convert.

This book is an easy read, yet quite informative with some neat recipes.
