Addicted to "Hoarders: Buried Alive", I feel like I'm watching a train wreck. These poor people, most mentally unstable, are trying to declutter their homes and lives. Some are forced into it by their spouse or children, others hit "rock bottom" and are begging for help. The help comes in the forms of professional organizers, clinical psychologists and social workers.
Most of me aches for these people, as they are unstable and need help. But there is a warped side of me that is filled with gratitude that my house is not like this. Much gratitude to FLY Lady for helping me keep things in check.
